How to check if string has at least one letter, number and special character in php

Lowercase character, Uppercase character, Digit, Symbol
^(?=.*[a-z])(?=.*[A-Z])(?=.*\d)(?=.*(_|[^\w])).+$

A short explanation:

^ // the start of the string
(?=.*[a-z]) // use positive look ahead to see if at least one lower case letter exists
(?=.*[A-Z]) // use positive look ahead to see if at least one upper case letter exists
(?=.*\d) // use positive look ahead to see if at least one digit exists
(?=.*[_\W]) // use positive look ahead to see if at least one underscore or non-word character exists
.+ // gobble up the entire string
$ // the end of the string

Here is more explain of this type of password security in regex

How to connect from windows command prompt to mysql command line

The cd in your question is invalid

cd CD:\MYSQL\bin\

You can't cd to CD:\ anything, because CD:\ isn't a valid directory in Windows. CD: would indicate a drive, except that drives are restricted to a single letter between A and Z.

If your \MYSQL\BIN is on drive C:, then your commands need to be:

C:\>cd \MYSQL\Bin

C:\MYSQL\Bin>mysql -u root -p admin

-

If you're not already on C: (which you'll know by looking at the prompt in the cmd window), or your MySQL folder is on another drive (for instance, D:), change to that drive too:

C:\> cd /d D:\MYSQL\Bin

D:\MYSQL\Bin>mysql -u root -p admin

-

The .exe after mysql is optional, since .exe is an executable extension on Windows. If you type mysql, Windows will automatically look for an executable file with that name and run it if it finds it.

How to login without password in phpMyAdmin

How to login without password in phpMyAdmin

paswordless root login for MySQL. phpMyAdmin however is by default set to not allow that.

If disabled, you'll get the following error when trying to log in without entering the password;

location

/etc/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php

 To enable the option, uncomment or add the following line;
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword'] = TRUE;

there is two times this line  remove comment

The line above need to be added twice; once within within the
if (!empty($dbname))
{ statement, and another one outside of it
 (probably towards the end of the configuration file).
